Kamila Vida offers a quaint collection of unique body and spa treatments in south Edmonton, that range from therapeutic to relaxation massages, mudwraps, infrared sauna and body scrubs.
Special massages we offer include the Luminesce Relaxation Treatment and the Holistic Chi Kung massage, both aimed at healing the body. Kamila Vida body treatments are conducted with caring hands.
Mudwraps are a nourishing body treatment that will leave you feeling cleansed and grounded. The mud pulls toxins from the body while warmed essential oils penetrate your skin and your senses. Wrapped up in a cocoon of warmth, your body is nurtured with healing properties from natural ingredients.
The heat from the infrared sauna treatments penetrates deep into the skin, deeper than traditional saunas. This helps detoxify the skin and the body. Skin tone is improved, and you will feel radiant, inside and out.

Luminesce Relaxation Treatment

This massage is deeply relaxing and healing. Inspired by Esalen massage techniques, ranging from slow, deep bodywork to flowing grace, you emerge feeling a little taller and a bit more zen.
Radiance Body Polish

An express treatment that will leave you with nourished, radiant skin. This treatment includes body exfoliation and oil application.
Selenite Glow

An express full-body and facial treatment with all the delightful spa fixins. Enjoy a full-body exfoliation, mudwrap, mini facial and an effleurage oil application.

One of our more luxurious treatments offered. Your skin and psyche will feel transformed as you emerge like a butterfly rejuvenated and transformed. This treatment includes a full-body exfoliation and massage, mudwrap and facial.

The Body Glow treatment is a quick and efficient way to nourish your skin and get in a little relaxation. Sink into a 20 minute infrared sauna session to warm up your circulation.
